Maintenance Technician - Refrigeration
We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Technician - Refrigeration to join our team based in Mitcham.Position Details:
- Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Location: Mobile role covering South London
Requirements for the Role:
Qualifications (one of the following):
- C&G Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (6187)
- Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- C&G FGAS and ODS Regulations (2079) - Safe Handling of Refrigerants Certificate
- Formal apprenticeship or equivalent craft training
- Valid driving licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new or revised practices and policies within work areas.
- Deliver scheduled, reactive, and remedial maintenance services as directed by the PPM planner (CAFM), helpdesk, or Technical Services Supervisor.
- Duties may include testing and inspection of commercial/industrial air conditioning and refrigeration services, fault finding, minor repairs or installations, and maintaining services and equipment within critical environments such as hospitals, clinics, and offices.
