About the role:This internal role supports the Key Account Manager in delivering exceptional service to clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing accurate and compelling client quotations.
- Liaising with suppliers in the UK, EU, and Far East to source products and solutions.
- Managing samples and creating tailored client concepts.
- Coordinating visuals, mood boards, and ideas to meet client briefs.
- Participating in occasional face-to-face client meetings alongside the Key Account Manager.
What our client is looking for:
- At least 6 months’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the promotional gift industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A creative flair with an eye for detail.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
