Band 6 Neuro Occupational Therapist

Location: South Croydon

Working Hours: Mon- Fri; excluding bank holidays, 35 hours per week, typically 8.30-16.00

Start date: ASAP End date: Ongoing

Position Overview:

-CAR DRIVER WITH CAR DESIRABLE.

- The candidate must have good experience working with patients with neurological conditions including stroke, head injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis & progressive conditions.

- The candidate will need experience in rehabilitation and the management of long term conditions.

- Community experience

- Experience working with adults & older adults

- MDT working • Ability to complete the required number of community visits around the borough of Sutton, South West London Desirable: • EMIS trained & have a NHS SMART card

- Car driver & car that can use for this post.

- Seeing patients with a Sutton GP, both in their own home, care homes & in the community as required Assessment & treatment / intervention of patients with Neurological conditions in the community setting. Mileage can be claimed, no parking permits are available to bank or agency staff
