Office Manager

Our client is seeking a professional, reliable, motivated and enthusiastic individual who will be able to handle calls from potential customers, swiftly respond to emails, manage the Director’s schedules for client meeting and site visits and maintain their CRM system. You will ensure staff training is up-to-date and schedule courses. You will prepare and schedule toolbox talks for operatives, prepare quotations and address issues relating to machinery and vehicles . You will complete paperwork for new suppliers and subcontractors, oversee workplace health and safety, execute tasks with precision and diligences and manage the company’s quarterly bonus scheme.

Person specification - What you need to have:

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Exceptional customer service and organisational skills.
    • Independence and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
    • Strong attention to detail and adeptness in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
