I am currently supporting an Academic Trust which has its own Teacher Training centre. This Trust is actively recruiting to bring in people who are wanting to gain the Qualified Teaching Status and join one of the 30 Schools within the Trust.

Key Responsibilities: Aspiring Teacher - Croydon Primary School

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
• Support the lead teacher in classroom management and student engagement.
• Provide individual and group support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
• Observe and participate in teaching methods and strategies to enhance learning.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
