Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated KS1 Primary Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive 2-form entry school in Croydon. This is an exciting long-term opportunity starting ASAP, covering a Year 1 class for the remainder of the academic year.
The Role:- Plan and deliver engaging and creative KS1 lessons
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Work closely with the Classroom TA to support all learners
- Differentiate learning materials to meet individual needs
- Contribute to the school's development through weekly staff meetings
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (UK-recognised)
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
- A positive, ambitious, and proactive teaching approach
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and external agencies
- Full-time availability for a long-term role starting ASAP-July 2025
- Ofsted-rated 'Good' with a strong emphasis on creativity and child-led learning
