HCP Recruitment is seeking experienced and successful Recruitment Consultants to join our team. With a minimum of two years' experience in building and managing profitable desks, along with a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, across various industries and sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive growth through effective business development strategies.
  • Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, with a successful track record.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
  • Resilient mindset who can thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a commitment to delivering results.
