SEN Teacher - CR0, Croydon - Immediate start

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for an English Teacher to join an SEN school in the Croydon (CR0). The school looks to provide quality education and support their students' learning needs.

Facilitating children and young people learning at KS1-KS4 levels so positions are available for Teachers with Primary and Secondary experience as well as those who are looking to vary their focus across age groups.

Daily Rate: Paid to scale

Location: Croydon, CR0

Contract Type: Full Time, Temp-Perm

Start Date: Immediate (January 2025)

Class sizes: 8-20 based on provision

The successful applicant will have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  • English Degree or Extensive Teaching Experience.
  • UK Classroom Experience.
  • Previous SEN Experience.
  • Ability to plan and deliver high quality, engaging lessons.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, parents and students.
  • Up to date safeguarding certificate issues within the last year.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold the right to work in the UK.
  • Hold or Process and enhanced DBS certificate registered to the Update Service.
  • Provide two professional references covering the last two years.
