Job Title: Qualified Secondary Tutors - Croydon

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, one-to-one or small group tuition to secondary school students.

• Provide support in subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Humanities (other subjects may be available).

• Develop personalised learning plans to meet each student's unique needs and academic goals.

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents.

• Help build student confidence and improve their study habits, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

• Foster a positive, engaging, and motivating learning environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

• Strong subject knowledge and teaching experience at the secondary level.

• Previous tutoring experience is highly desirable but not essential.

• Passionate about working with young people and helping them succeed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
