Academics is currently recruiting for multiple HLTA roles across Croydon, supporting Primary Schools in the area.

The Role: As a HLTA you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning across all year groups, working closely with both teachers and pupils to ensure an enriching educational experience. You will assist in planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons, particularly with groups and individuals who need additional support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference.

Key Responsibilities: Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Croydon

  • Support classroom teaching across a variety of subjects and year groups.
  • Lead small groups or one-to-one interventions for students who require additional support.
