We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker in Croydon to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a special school. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing support to students with special educational needs. You will play a vital role in students' educational journeys, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals in a nurturing environment focused on education and training.
About the Role:- Responsibilities: As a Support Worker in Croydon, you will work closely with students with various needs, providing personalized assistance to enhance their learning experience. You will implement strategies to support their development and promote independence within the classroom. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving their quality of life through effective education and training practices.
- Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week
- Salary: £85-£95 per day
- Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
- A strong passion for supporting SEN students.
- CHILD & ADULT DBS certificate or willingness to apply for one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Croydon.
