The Role:

As a Behaviour Mentor you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH and EBD needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

路 Providing one-on-one and group support to students, helping them manage their behaviour and emotions.

路 Implementing behaviour management strategies and interventions.

路 Building positive relationships with students, creating a safe and supportive environment.

路 Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised support plans.

路 Monitoring and tracking student progress and providing regular feedback to the school's leadership team.
