About Us:Academics are currently recruiting for a fantastic mainstream Primary School who are setting up the establishment of a new Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and are seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young Children and contribute to the development of the ELP.
Key Responsibilities: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Croydon
- Support teachers in the delivery of tailored learning programs for students with ASD.
- Assist individual students or small groups, promoting engagement and understanding of the curriculum.
- Help create a supportive and inclusive environment for all children, fostering their social and emotional development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Support the implementation of behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions.
- Ability to commute to Croydon
Qualifications and Skills: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Croydon
- Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
