The Role

The role involves planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to a high standard, ensuring that all pupils excel in their learning. Additionally, responsibilities include leading and collaborating with a class team, as well as contributing to other teams. Managing subject/curriculum resources within the classroom and defined subject areas is also a key aspect of the role. Furthermore, the role entails undertaking training relevant to the functions of the post and liaising with Subject and Aspect Leads to identify subject training suitable for teaching and support staff.
