We are recruiting for an HR Manager to head-up the function for a sector-leading food company with a blue-chip customer base.
Reporting to the Site Director, this is an excellent opportunity to shape the HR agenda for the well-invested SME.
A broad generalist role, responsibilities include day-to-day management of the HR & payroll functions, strategical leadership, providing HR project support to the Board, and managing a small team.
Salary for this role is flexible depending on experience but starting point is around 55-60k.
