My client is working in partnership with a key client, based in South Elmsall Pontefract. They are looking for an onsite recruitment consultant who will be required to support the Transport and Warehouse operations and become an integral part of the team.

On Site Recruitment Consultant - Industrial and Driving

The Role:

Your main task will be liaising with their client and managing the requirements and ensuring these are fulfilled, flexing up/down to suit the operation for both the Transport and Warehouse departments.

Other tasks include:

  • You will be part of team meetings, attending forecasting meetings to understand the peaks.
  • Attracting candidates through advertising (Indeed, Reed, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc), networking and identifying new methods.
  • Pre screen and interview candidates and put forward for relevant positions.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy on compliance, RTW Documents.
  • General Admin Duties.
  • Cover 24/7 on call on a rota basis

The person:

  • Previous experience within a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Organised, good communication skills, good at multi-tasking and a positive attitude
  • Ideally a sound knowledge of the driving legislation would be beneficial.

You will be required to work Monday - Friday, some Sundays are required to cover holidays etc.

Office hours are 06:00-18:00, you will be required to work on a rota basis to cover the office. Typical hours will be (Apply online only) or (Apply online only), however an element of flexibility will be required.

24/7 on call cover is required as part of this role and will be on a rota basis.
