Site Supervisor

We are recruiting for 2-3 Site Supervisors to support with management and supervision of highways maintenance projects around the M25.
We are looking for a candidate with experience of working within the highways/road construction sector and exposure to structures. Some of the works will involve bridge joint replacement and bearing replacement works.
This position will within the next 2-3 weeks and can be paid on a CIS basis. Candidates must be open to working days or nights and some weekends too.
Duties include:
- Management of sub contractors to ensure working safely and to specification.
- Checking Risk assessment and method statements are in place for works
- Ensuring permits are in place
- Delivery of daily dairies, site inductions and tool box talks
- Supporting site management team with productivity
- Ensure road closure time constraints are met and road handed back for use
- Problem solving, dealing with site queries and dealing with site logistics
