We are looking for Assembly operatives to join our client in South Molton, a global leader within the aerospace industry.

  • Job Title: Assembly Operative
  • Hours: Core Day Shifts: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 4:45 PM, Friday 8 AM - 12 PM; Rotating Shifts: Monday - Friday 6 AM - 2 PM/2 PM - 10 PM;
  • Job Type: Full Time; Temp Ongoing;
  • Pay Rate: Core Days - £11.44/ph; Double Days - £13.17/ph (6-2), £14.30/ph (2-10)
  • Location: South Molton

Your role as an Assembly Operative:

  • Preparing and Assembling mechanical and electrical kit components
  • Using measuring tools to check accuracy of components in line with company procedures
  • Reporting any Health and Safety issues
  • Rectify errors or by taking appropriate corrective action
  • Working to job card deadlines

Skills required as an Assembly Operative:

  • Ability to read drawings
  • Proficient using measuring tools
  • Basic Computer Literacy
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
  • Attention to detail
  • Good dexterity
