Maintenance Engineer

Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking to join a specialist contract maintenance company who work with blue chip companies on an exciting variety of machinery and can support your long-term professional development, increase your earnings through optional overtime, and provide extensive in-house training across a range of specialist machinery that include CNC machining centres, injection moulding, heat treatment ovens and X ray machines.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing maintenance contractor who work on a range of niche manufacturing machinery and will support your technical progression through in house training to develop into a task expert multi skilled engineer.

This company specialise in a wide range of engineering services and have combined over 50 years of experience within the aerospace industry, maintaining a wide range of Plant and Manufacturing Machinery for blue chip companies. They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team to support their expansion plans across the Southwest and maintain the company's high standards and attention to detail.

On offer is a day based Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer role where you will be responsible for PPM, Breakdowns and client specific projects across a range of plant and manufacturing machinery.

This role would suit a Multi Skilled Engineer who wants to technically progress their career and received exceptional in-house training on specialist machinery to become a go to task expert engineer.

The Role:

  • Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance on Plant/Manufacturing Machinery
  • Good diagnostic skills
  • Confident in interpreting mechanical and/or electrical schematics
  • Work within a strict health and safety framework
  • Days based role


The Person:

  • Multi Skilled Engineer
  • Motivated to technically progress their skillset
  • HNC/Engineering Apprenticeship or similar qualification
