  • Managing all manufacturing activities to meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and financial reporting standards.
  • Assessing performance indicators and taking corrective actions to achieve schedule, cost, and quality targets.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives in quality, productivity, and delivery while supporting new product introductions to meet manufacturing timelines.
  • Overseeing environmental, health, and safety compliance in line with regulations and corporate policies.
  • Developing budgets, resource plans, and team performance strategies to align with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
Production ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous experience of working in a senior or managerial role within a production/manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and understanding of supply chain management operational concepts
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Process Variation Reduction (Six Sigma) concepts and tools
  • Prior experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment
