JOB TITLE:
CNC Machinist
PAY INCREMENTS:
After 12 weeks service you will be assessed via our clients in-house Skills Matrix where your initial pay could be increased based on the skills you have demonstrated. BONUS:
There's also a performance driven, yearly 3% Site Bonus (discretionary)
Furthermore, opportunity for additional financial gain through Site Engagement Bonuses such as Employee of the Month (£250)
OVERTIME:
Overtime is paid at X1.5 over 37 hours and X2 Sundays & Bank Holidays
HOURS:
- 37-hour working week
- Night Shift = 20:45 - 06:00 Monday to Thursday with Fridays off
- Either enjoy a Friday to yourself or make the very most of the beforementioned overtime rates
- SIDENOTE - Most Night Shift CNC Machinists onsite tend to work 18:00 - 06:00, which is also a very valid option once self-sufficient

- Again, we're welcoming application from all, regardless of years in terms of experience. However, what we do ask is that you have CNC Machining experience of some description. Please do not apply if you do not, applications without will not be considered.
- Experience working with Lathes or Mills and even better, Setter standard or above on either, or better still, both will most certainly prick our ears up!
