CNC Machinist

PAY INCREMENTS:

After 12 weeks service you will be assessed via our clients in-house Skills Matrix where your initial pay could be increased based on the skills you have demonstrated. BONUS:

There's also a performance driven, yearly 3% Site Bonus (discretionary)

Furthermore, opportunity for additional financial gain through Site Engagement Bonuses such as Employee of the Month (250)

OVERTIME:

Overtime is paid at X1.5 over 37 hours and X2 Sundays & Bank Holidays

HOURS:

• 37-hour working week
• Night Shift = 20:45 - 06:00 Monday to Thursday with Fridays off
• Either enjoy a Friday to yourself or make the very most of the beforementioned overtime rates
• SIDENOTE - Most Night Shift CNC Machinists onsite tend to work 18:00 - 06:00, which is also a very valid option once self-sufficient

• Experience working with Lathes or Mills and even better, Setter standard or above on either, or better still, both will most certainly prick our ears up!
