Our client, a renowned aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a Procurement Manager with experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
The role involves supplier demand planning, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining parts quality and cost control.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of materials planning systems and experience in aerospace or a similar field.
The position offers a permanent contract with a salary dependent on experience, alongside various company benefits.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:45 and Friday from 08:00 to 13:00.

Leading and developing a skilled team of Procurement Buyer-Planners across direct, indirect, and service procurement functions to ensure sustainable operations.
Managing supplier delivery, inventory levels, and ensuring quality and cost targets are met, collaborating with internal teams for supplier capacity planning.
Overseeing cost-out projects, sourcing, and business model changes, ensuring MPV targets and project timelines align with procurement commitments.
Coordinating with teams to manage supply chain changes, executing commodity strategy projects, and improving supplier quality, delivery, and performance.
Maintaining ERP supplier data, managing supplier compliance with corporate initiatives, and ensuring optimal supply base performance (quality, cost, delivery).

Procurement Manager Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Strong knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements and SCM operational concepts within manufacturing.
Holder of or working towards CIPS/ACIPS CPIM or other relevant qualification.
Previous experience in aerospace or a similarly regulated manufacturing environment.
