- Leading and developing a skilled team of Procurement Buyer-Planners across direct, indirect, and service procurement functions to ensure sustainable operations.
- Managing supplier delivery, inventory levels, and ensuring quality and cost targets are met, collaborating with internal teams for supplier capacity planning.
- Overseeing cost-out projects, sourcing, and business model changes, ensuring MPV targets and project timelines align with procurement commitments.
- Coordinating with teams to manage supply chain changes, executing commodity strategy projects, and improving supplier quality, delivery, and performance.
- Maintaining ERP supplier data, managing supplier compliance with corporate initiatives, and ensuring optimal supply base performance (quality, cost, delivery).
- Strong knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements and SCM operational concepts within manufacturing.
- Holder of or working towards CIPS/ACIPS CPIM or other relevant qualification.
- Previous experience in aerospace or a similarly regulated manufacturing environment.
