The school are seeking a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join their team and deliver an engaging and well-structured curriculum that ensures all children make excellent progress in this crucial stage of their education. This position is long-term, with the potential to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to the Year 2 curriculum.
Create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Assess and monitor progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
Support the development of key skills in literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving.
Collaborate with a team of committed staff to ensure the best outcomes for all students.

The Successful Year 2 Teacher Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum, particularly Year 2.
A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
