Horizon Teachers are currently seeking a Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic secondary school in the Ockendon area.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise classes across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff.
  • Maintain good behaviour management to ensure a productive learning environment.
  • Support students with their learning, ensuring they stay on task.
  • Follow lesson plans provided by teachers and ensure students remain focused.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.
Requirements:
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • Experience working with secondary school-aged students (desired but not essential).
  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude.
  • A commitment to full-time hours.
