Horizon Teachers are currently seeking a Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic secondary school in the Ockendon area.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff.
Maintain good behaviour management to ensure a productive learning environment.
Support students with their learning, ensuring they stay on task.
Follow lesson plans provided by teachers and ensure students remain focused.
Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.

Requirements:

Strong behaviour management skills.
Experience working with secondary school-aged students (desired but not essential).
Adaptability and a proactive attitude.
A commitment to full-time hours.
A genuine passion for working in education.
