- Supervise classes across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff.
- Maintain good behaviour management to ensure a productive learning environment.
- Support students with their learning, ensuring they stay on task.
- Follow lesson plans provided by teachers and ensure students remain focused.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Experience working with secondary school-aged students (desired but not essential).
