Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging drama lessons to secondary school students
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression
  • Choreograph and direct captivating performances
  • Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement an inspiring arts curriculum

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Drama, Dance, or a related field
  • A teaching qualification, e.g PGCE/QTS
  • Prior experience teaching relevant subjects at secondary school level
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Passion for the arts and a genuine desire to inspire and motivate young learners
