About the Role
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining thestate of the art CNC machinery to produce high quality components for bespoke joinery projects. You will work closely with thedesign and manufacturing teams to ensure that products are produced to the highest standards of accuracy and finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC machinery, including routers, lathes, and milling machines
- Setting up and programming CNC machines using CADsoftware
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of finished products
- Maintaining and troubleshooting CNC machinery
- Following health and safety guidelines
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a joinery or woodworking workshop
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and programming
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
