Production Operative
Location: South PethertonSalary: £29,500 (Late Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm)Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, plus an excellent benefits package
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform production tasks efficiently following comprehensive training.
- Operate production equipment as required after training and under supervision.
- Ensure products meet the required specifications and quality standards as per shop orders.
- Accurately complete all relevant documentation during and at the end of each shift.
- Promptly report any equipment issues, quality concerns, or health and safety hazards to the Production Management Team.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace throughout the shift.
- Inspect products to confirm they meet quality standards.
