Regional Support Manager
60,000 + 3,500 Car Allowance / 37.5 hours / Perm

Time recruitment is proud to be working with a well respected health care provider with 27 homes across the country who are now looking for a Regional Support Manager to support with their care homes in the Newcastle & Sunderland area. With an excellent Senior Management set up this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and forward thinking provider.

The duties for the Regional Support Manager:
- Oversee and support multiple care homes within the remit
- Ensure high-quality care is provided to residents in accordance with company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to meet operational goals and objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each location and make necessary adjustments
- Support with the management of the care homes in the Home Managers absence
- Collaborate with regional managers to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements for the Regional Support Manager:
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks
- Knowledge of home care industry regulations and best practices
- Experience in medication administration
