Class 2 Driver

At Blue Arrow we are looking for HGV Class 2 driver's for night out work on a temp to perm basis.

Our client is based in the South Tyneside area.

Pay rates are as follows:

12.50ph

26.20 per each night out

Start times are between 04:00 - 08:00AM Monday morning depending on end destination of your route.

For the role you will be completing national deliveries of products with a driver's mate.

Your working week is Monday - Friday, leaving South Tyneside on Monday and returning usually Friday morning meaning you will spend x4 nights out away in the vehicle with your driver's mate.

Please be aware due to the nature of the products you are delivering there will be heavy handballing involved.

Please only apply to this role if you are comfortable with sharing the vehicle during nights out, alongside your drivers mate.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

As a LGV Category C Driver you will:

* Complete pre departure vehicle checks
* Transport goods between planned sites and drops
* Complete paperwork and follow compliance
* Adhere to tachograph and working times rules

Qualifications

In order to process your application, you must have the following:

* HGV Class 2 entitlement
* CPC
* Digi tacho card

We cannot accept more than 6 points or DR on a licence.
