ADMINISTRATORFULL TIMESOUTH SHIELDSPertemps have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join one of our new local clients within the Rental sector in South shields for a 6 month post. This position has the potential to become permanent. Responsibilities
  • Provide Administrative support
  • Overseeing daily office operations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Handle routine clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Serving as the point of contact for internal and external communication.
Essential experience
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in a school or educational setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable experience
  • Previous experience working in a rental sector.
