ESOL teacher role:

The Education Network have an opportunity at a secondary school in South Tyneside for a EAL teacher / tutor to start on the 9th of December on an ongoing full-time basis.

The school are looking for an EAL Teacher, who can contribute effectively to the delivery of English support for Bengali students.

To be considered for this role the requirements are:

  • Experience working with learners within the past 2 years.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate or a willingness to apply for one.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both adults and young people.
  • Be confident in teaching English as a second language to learners.
  • Relevant EnglishlanguagequalificationsincludingTESOL,CELTA,ESLandESOL.
