An established law firm in South Shields is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. This role offers the chance to work within a respected firm that values its staff and promotes internal growth. The successful candidate will be mentored by the head of the department and supported by dedicated secretarial staff.

• Handle a variety of commercial property matters including leases, purchases, sales, and financing.
• Provide legal advice to a diverse client base on all aspects of commercial property law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial property contracts and agreements.
• Work closely with the head of the department to ensure high-quality legal service delivery.
• Collaborate with secretarial staff to manage documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Participate in business development activities to maintain and grow the firm’s commercial property portfolio.

• Must have at least 1-year post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
• Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and legal principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships.
