  • Own and execute high-performing Meta ad campaigns from start to finish.
  • Build and refine paid media strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Craft detailed briefs with and for Graphic Designers and Copywriters that turn insights into performance-driven creatives.
  • Use audience data, consumer behaviour insights, and ad performance metrics to optimise campaigns at every level.
  • Keep clients and internal teams aligned, ensuring they always have a clear picture of what’s happening and why.
  • Constantly test, tweak, and scale—no “set and forget” mindset here.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices to keep our strategies sharp.
You’re Our Kind of Person If This Is YouYou don’t just run ads—you engineer them. Every click, every conversion, every data point tells a story, and you know how to read between the lines.
  • You’ve spent at least 3 years in the trenches of Meta Ads, launching, optimising, and scaling campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • You’ve managed $100,000+ per month in ad spend and know how to scale profitably without wasting budget.
  • Numbers don’t scare you—they fuel you. You understand ad funnels, opt-in rates, conversion rates, and the crucial difference between ad metrics and funnel metrics. You don’t just look at Cost Per Purchase—you connect the dots between what’s happening in the ad account and what’s happening in the sales process.
  • You know ad creatives inside out. Hooks, angles, positioning—you instinctively know what makes people click and convert.
  • You understand the psychology of why people buy. Offer creation, value stacking, and direct-response strategy are second nature to you.
  • You’re meticulous. Pixel-perfect execution, airtight tracking, and razor-sharp attention to detail come naturally.
  • You move fast. When an opportunity arises or a campaign needs adjusting, you’re already on it.
  • You don’t wait to be told what to do. You think ahead, problem-solve proactively, and take ownership of results.
  • You bring fresh ideas to the table. You’re always testing, refining, and looking for ways to scale profitably.
