Sonic Summary

We are seeking a qualified Commercial Heating Installation Engineer for a permanent position with our client.
The ideal candidate should have experience in planned and reactive installation work for commercial projects, such as boiler rooms and factory heating.
Candidates are preferred to have qualifications like COCN1, CCN1, and others, although Gas Safety is not mandatory.
The role offers a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per year and requires a good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
A full UK driving license and the ability to communicate effectively are essential for this position.

We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, a fully qualified Commercial Heating Installation Engineer to join their existing team of a permanent basis. The ideal candidate, will be experienced in both planned & reactive Installation work of commercial installation projects. Typical examples of required work, boiler rooms in care homes, factory space heating, installation of commercial ASHPs.

Responsibilities:

Ability to carry out commercial pipe work following a schematic
Installation of commercial boilers, warm air heaters and ASHPs.
Working efficiently within a team and alongside sub-contractors

Requirements:

Gas Safety (not mandatory)
COCN1, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CPA1,TPCP1A (not Mandatory)
Pipe fitting/ Welding
A good general experience in working in care homes or public sector environment preferable.
A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
Full UK driving license.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Generally IT literate.
Clear communicator both oral and written.
