We are seeking a Part-time Accounts Administrator to work 2 days per week, specifically on Tuesdays and Thursdays, in South Shields.
The role involves general administration tasks such as answering phones, inputting data into spreadsheets, typing reports, chasing debtors, and sending invoices using Zero Accountancy software.
Candidates must have prior office experience, be familiar with spreadsheets and MS Office, and possess some customer service experience due to handling customer calls.
A minimum educational requirement is GCSE level in both Maths and English or equivalent, along with the ability to work the specified days for a total of 8 hours each week.
The position offers a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum, and there is potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.

We are looking to recuit a Part-time Accounts administartor to work 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) in a prestigious company in South Shields.

The role

General administration including answering telephones
Inputting into Spreadsheets
Typing general reports
Chasing debtors
Typing and sending invoices
Using Zero Accountancy software
General office work using MS Office

The person

Must have similar office experience
Be familiar with spreadsheets
Have a knowledge of MS Office
Have some customer services experience as will be dealing with some customer calls
Be educted to GSCE level in both Maths and English (or equivalent)
Be able to work Tuesdays and Thursdays each week (8 hours)
