We are looking to recuit a Part-time Accounts administartor to work 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) in a prestigious company in South Shields.
The role
- General administration including answering telephones
- Inputting into Spreadsheets
- Typing general reports
- Chasing debtors
- Typing and sending invoices
- Using Zero Accountancy software
- General office work using MS Office
The person
- Must have similar office experience
- Be familiar with spreadsheets
- Have a knowledge of MS Office
- Have some customer services experience as will be dealing with some customer calls
- Be educted to GSCE level in both Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Be able to work Tuesdays and Thursdays each week (8 hours)
