Primary Teacher - South Shields

Milk Education are seeking dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher to join an amazing primary school in South Shields. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching KS1 & KS2 pupils, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and contributing to the overall development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of pupils
  • Develop and implement engaging and effective teaching strategies to enhance students’ understanding and enjoyment of learning
  • Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support students’ academic and personal development.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
  • Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and achievements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
