Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Let’s Recruit, you will take full ownership of the 360 recruitment process, managing both clients and candidates from initial contact through to placement. While the legal sector will be a core focus, you will have complete freedom to develop new industries and specialisms.

This role is perfect for a recruiter who thrives on autonomy, wants to build their own desk, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional, and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, target, and win new clients across the legal sector and beyond.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively attract, engage, and manage candidates through headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Full 360 Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and securing placements.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Growth: Have full control over the industries and sectors you want to recruit in, developing your own desk and specialisms.
Requirements

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment – all sectors/industries considered
  • Strong business development skills, with demonstrated ability to win and develop client relationships.
  • A confident and proactive approach to recruitment, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-motivated and target-driven attitude with a desire to exceed earnings potential.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate attraction techniques, including headhunting, Boolean searching, and LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Experience with CRM systems and recruitment software is beneficial but not essential.
