- Provide 1-to-1 and group interventions for ex-offenders and their families.
- Help service users develop healthy relationships, manage conflict, and improve communication.
- Support positive reintegration into society through structured wellbeing programmes.
- Work closely with probation services and partner agencies.
- Manage a caseload of up to 10 individuals, with tailored support ranging from action plans to multi-agency work.
- Experience in criminal justice, employment support, supported housing would be ideal but we would also encourage applications from other sectors such as recruitment, healthcare, sales, etc… Criminology Graduates are also encouraged to apply!Â
- Open-minded, non-judgmental, and committed to criminal justice rehabilitation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
