Our Client has a requirement for a Military Airworthiness Reviews, who will be required to work on a Contract basis in Lincolnshire.

Your purpose:

  • You will be responsible for delivering Military Airworthiness Reviews on behalf of the MOD, working alone or as part of a team.
  • You will demonstrate compliance when delivering the outputs required by the Regulator and customer as required by current regulations and legislation.
  • You will strive to build sustainable relationships with customers.
  • You will be able to prepare detailed technical reports to both internal and external customers.
  • You will be prepared to work flexibly within the AtkinsRéalis Military Airworthiness Team.
  • You will seek to identify future business opportunities.
  • You will ensure that a robust code of ethics underpins Mil AR service delivery; adopting in full the ethical principles published by the Engineering Council and Royal Academy of Engineering.
  • You will be expected to uphold the values of AtkinsRéalis at all times.

What you can bring:

  • Compliant with MRP RA 4972 (Military Airworthiness Review Surveyors – MRP Part M Sub Part I).
  • Experience of working on fixed wing aircraft.
  • Competence to make engineering airworthiness decisions.
  • Detailed knowledge of aircraft maintenance documentation and the MAA Regulatory publications (MRP).
  • Be based predominantly in the East Midlands, with occasional overnight travel, to reduce the burden of travelling to the client’s Units.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to deal effectively with multiple issues whilst working to tight timescales.
