Production Operatives Wanted in South Woodham Ferrers
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week) Overtime paid 1.3 including sat, double time Sundays (in busy periods overtime will be available)
Type: Temp to perm for the right candidate
Location: South Woodham Ferrers CM3 (Due to the location, own transport is required)
Job Description: We are seeking Production Operatives for our client, a busy factory in South Woodham Ferrers. This role involves various production tasks and does not require previous experience as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling parts and metal units
- Gluing
- Using screwdrivers and drills (Not all jobs)
- Packing products
- General production work in a busy factory environment
Knowledge & Skills:
- No prior experience is necessary
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude
- Adherence to health and safety regulations
Ideal Candidates Will:
- Be reliable, flexible, and trustworthy
- Be willing to learn and take on new tasks
- Have their own transport due to the location
