Experienced Sales Manager required for our established client in what will be a rewarding role. Annual salary up to 70,000 with additional OTE, and company car. Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm.
Candidates with electrical or electronic bias knowledge are desirable however not essential.
Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Lead internal sales team and field based sales reps to achieve revenue targets
- Hire new starters
- Mentor new starters and coach the existing team to perform to the best of their ability
- Monitor performance, holding 1:1 meetings
- Analyse sales data and performance
- Work collaboratively to create sales campaigns, and ways to drive new business
- Visits clients and support Business Development Managers on the road attending meetings across the UK
