Join our dynamic team as an Audit and Accounts Junior with 12-18 months experience in practice. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals and contribute to the auditing and accounting processes of our diverse client base.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the preparation of audit plans and audit testing.
  • Support the audit process by verifying assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
  • Complete audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of accounts and rectification of discrepancies.
  • Prepare for audits by understanding the organization’s objectives, structure, policies, processes, internal controls, and external regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships.
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize time effectively.
  • Familiarity with accounting and office software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
