Temporary Administrator Southall, Hayes Pay:£13.00 per hour 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday 2-month Temporary Contract, with potential to extend Are you available for a 2-month temporary contract and looking for hands-on experience in a dynamic setting?We’re currently seeking a proactive, organised individual to support our client’s Product Innovation Team, a global brand based in Southall, near Hayes.This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a unique environment, contributing to daily operations and collaborating with a committed team. About the Role: As a Temporary Administrator in the Product Innovation Team, you'll need to be a ‘can-do’ individual who takes initiative, willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved wherever needed. This role is not just about administration—there will also be physical and practical tasks, supporting various teams with evaluations of client products. You’ll be relied upon to pick up new tasks, see what needs doing, and make sure it gets done. The ideal candidate is ready to get things done, often with minimal instruction, and isn’t afraid to jump into whatever comes their way! Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organise, and manage samples and client products, maintaining accurate in/out records.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and stock levels for product assessments.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and set up for evaluations, ensuring all necessary equipment is in place for visiting personnel.
  • Tidy and clear rooms after assessments and assist with ongoing team projects.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks identified independently, assisting with anything that may arise to support the evaluation process. Requirements:
  • Strong organisation skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow procedures carefully to ensure accuracy.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, along with proficiency in Microsoft Teams (these are key tools used daily).
  • Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone.
  • Flexibility on working hours: choose either 8:30 am - 4:30 pm or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • Positive, hands-on attitude—happy to help wherever needed, whether administrative or practical.
