Our client is looking for a Senior Air Export Coordinator

Start to finish export operation

Liaising with overseas partners to arrange collections and deliveries
Plan Flight Schedules
Responsible for ensuring clients KPI requirements
Accurate completion of all types of customs paperwork, shipping documents
Responsible for financials for each job such as to job cost and invoice and manage daily, liaising with internal departments such as pricing, sales and commercial
To ensure company financial regulations are followed and that the correct paperwork (sales, COD, or immediate payment invoices) are raised as necessary.
To ensure all distribution / warehouse related matters are carried out in accordance with the import / export procedures.
Support junior members of the team in their learning and development
Ensure all queries are acted upon immediately and where necessary escalated to Senior Staff
Adhere to Aviation Security and the companys security procedures
Ensure that you are cross training so that you can provide cover for other team members

DG and CO trained

The hours are Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

Salary between £29K and £37K depending on experience
