Michael Page Logistics are recruiting an Operations Manager for our client in Greenford.

Description

The purpose of this role is to run the day-to-day operation of the warehouse effectively and efficiently, working in collaboration with Service Partners and employed staffs. Your role will be to motivate, coach and develop shift managers to achieve best quality in all areas of the operation. Your aim to achieve excellence on standards of service and to liaise and work with the Site/Area Manager to ensure that KPI's and minimum standards are achieved in line with company targets and customer expectation.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Shift management experience in in the logistics industry
  • Experience of leading diverse teams and ability to interact with people at varying levels of the business
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data processing
  • Good knowledge of all computer systems relevant to the operation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication are appropriate and in line with Data Protection Regulations.

Job Offer

The role will be working Mon - Fri and will be days only. You will receive a competitive salary and benefits package.
