My client is seeking a permanent caretaker for a high school in Southall to ensure the premises are maintained and cleaned to specifications.
The role offers a salary range of £30,174 to £34,098 and requires candidates to have basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical skills.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 10.30am to 6.30pm, totaling 35 hours per week.
Candidates must have experience in a similar role and be able to promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people.
Immediate availability is preferred, and a valid DBS check is required for this position.

My client is in a high school in Southall and looking to recruit a caretaker on a permanent basis to provide a caretaking service for the school, ensuring that the school premises are cleaned to the approved specification and taking overall responsibility for the security and day-to-day maintenance of the school site.

Salary - £30,174 - £34,098.

Available to start straight away.
Must have basic Carpentry, Pluming or Electric Skills.

Duties.

To ensure that the school provides a secure environment for its staff and pupils and visitors.
To understand Health and Safety Policies and ensure that all duties are carried out with due diligence to health and safety procedures.
To participate in the staff, review and development appraisal process.
To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.
