Job: Customer Service Executive - Inbound and Outbound

Location: Southall

Salary: £25,300 plus commission (up to £6,000 per annum)

Main Responsibilities:

Our well-established client is currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to work in a varied business-to-business customer service environment, working to SLAs and providing your clients with an excellent "order journey". The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, good communication skills and be results-orientated individual.

You will be taking inbound and making outbound calls, building relationships with your nominated accounts in order to successfully upsell and cross-sell your products. sible.

You will process orders through the database, ensuring all documentation is raised in a timel and accurate way.

You will handle any customer issues, supporting them in resolution through case management - escalation to your Team Lead when appropriate.

You will work closely with the sales team, generating and allocating leads to them.

This is an office-based role.
